Grace Communion's church family!
We believe it's in Christ we find out who we are and what we're living for (Ephesians 4:11). That's why we gather every Sunday to celebrate new life in Jesus.
So, who are we?
Alive to the Holy Spirit's lead, basking in the relentless tenderness of Jesus and our Abba Father's love, with a heart that beats for Jesus, our local and international gathering is fully blended, worshipping together in person and via Zoom (for those who live far away). We are part of Churches Together Hemel Hempstead and care about our town. We are looking forward to our congregation growing younger because we believe there is a fresh expression of the Gospel for every generation!
When we gather: Sundays, arriving from 10am for a 10.30am start to the church service. We sing mainly contemporary Christian songs, pray together and listen to an encouraging talk, with time for fellowship and refreshments afterwards until about 1.30pm.

Our mother-church is Grace Communion International. Past put behind us – pioneers, not settlers! – we focus on the reality of Jesus' resurrection life here and now, alert and expectant: "What's next, Lord?"
And what are we living for?
To make disciples!
Jesus tells his disciples to make disciples. How? Quite simply, we believe transformed people transform people. So, with our simple motto of "Christ in you, the hope of glory", we:
- fix our eyes on Jesus (HOPE),
- preach Christ and him crucified (FAITH), and
- point people to Jesus in our day-to-day living (LOVE) (if necessary, use words!)
Then we wait expectantly for the Holy Spirit to repeat the cycle. With you, for example.

If you'd like to worship with us and can commit to the direction of travel of growing more like Jesus, you're included! We promise not to overwhelm you with "busy church". Less really is more! We are tenacious about keeping things simple because it's not what we do for God, but what he's done for us in Jesus that defines who we are in him!
